## Job Description – Head – Learner’s Success

**Job Location:** Delhi, India
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head – Learner’s Success to lead our national skilling initiative. This role will drive the strategy, execution, and growth of our skilling programs, working closely with stakeholders such as Government, Vocational Education & Skill Development institutes, and Employers.
**Responsibilities:**
* Drive the national initiative on Skilling, ensuring alignment with the Foundation’s overall mission and objectives.
* Lead the supply and demand side for the initiative nationally, fostering strong partnerships with key stakeholders.
* Drive and nurture business within existing and new accounts, ensuring program delivery and achieving expected outcomes.
* Be responsible for driving outcomes and outputs from beneficiaries, measuring progress and impact.
* Identify and implement new (technology-enabled) business models for the initiative, leveraging digital platforms for knowledge and information dissemination.
* Build and manage a high-performing team, providing leadership and guidance.
* Nurture various networks crucial for the initiative, including Employers, Trainers, and Mentors.
**Skills and Experience:**
* 20+ years of experience in B2C, education/skilling ecosystem.
* Experience with VTP/VTI Eco-system, Vocational Education/Skilling sector, and working with Government agencies.
* Proven track record in driving skilling initiatives and achieving measurable outcomes.
* Strategic/innovative thinker with strong business acumen and analytical rigor.
* Data analytics capability and tech-oriented mindset.
* Team building and management skills.
* Ability to work and make decisions in ambiguous environments.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively.
* Strong academic background.
