Skillsets Required

• Proven work experience in the skill eco system as Operations Manager or similar role

• Outcome oriented

• Strong problem solving and coordination skills

• Good at monitoring compliances

• Good flair for data analysis

• Willing to travel and stay out of HQ for a while

• Aptitude to learn and adapt to new things

• Highly developed interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficient in making presentations

Experience

15-20 years of work experience with at least 5 years of experience in the Operations side of the Skill eco system in the immediate/recent past .

CTC: 8-10 lakh per annum

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall incharge of the Skill Development Programme of Vedanta Foundation including its P&L

• Selection & managing of Training Partners

• Connecting with Industry, Industry clusters, industry Bodies, Sector Skill Councils & Placement agencies to ensure placements for youth post completion of skill courses

• Exploring partnerships with Govt./PSUs/Local Bodies or other Corporates for funding of the skill programmes or for other collaborations.

• Partnering with the Nandghar (& other verticals) of the Anil Agarwal Foundation & Business Units of the Vedanta group of Companies to help them run their skill initiatives.

• Master planning of each center so as to ensure they are self-sustainable & proper mapped to employers so as to ensure placements for youth post completion of skill courses

• Ensuring Quality of trainings on ground by Partners

• Physical visits for audits, monitoring and evaluation purposes
