Job Summary & Responsibilities:

Interact with Volunteers and Donors through various mediums like Mail, Social media, Whatsapp, and Help Desk softwares.

Work Days & Timings: Flexible

Primary Responsibilities Includes:

1. Respond to queries from Volunteers and donors on various mediums like Mail, Social media, Whatsapp and Help Desk Softwares.

2. Handle the queries and inquiries of volunteers.

3. Send Whatsapp messages to volunteers inviting them to donate and volunteer.

4. Handle Live Chats from Website Visitors

Currently, this is a Work from Home role.

Requirements

Education Qualification:

1. Graduate  in any discipline

Preferred Skills:

1. Good written and verbal communication skills in English

2. Being Humble and Polite while responding to volunteers all the time

3. Ability to work towards strict targets

4. Basic Computer Knowledge and MS Office Skills
