**Job Description: HR Associate**  

**Location:** Navi Mumbai, Pune  

**Type:** Full-Time  

**Salary Range:** INR 450,000 – 500,000 (Annual)

**Role Overview:**  

The HR Associate is a critical member of the People Operations team, responsible for enhancing employee experiences and supporting the organization’s mission to provide equitable educational opportunities. The role emphasizes the importance of “first who, then what,” highlighting the significance of our team in driving success.

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Manage and update the Employee Database using existing HRMS.  

– Ensure a smooth onboarding and induction process for new staff members, interns, and volunteers.  

– Track HR metrics such as probation, attrition, retention, and create dashboards for reporting.  

– Document employee data and ensure compliance with relevant policies.  

– Launch employee engagement and well-being activities and surveys.  

– Implement and update HR, POSH, Child Protection, and related policies to maintain relevance and effectiveness.  

– Assist staff in adhering to systems and processes, addressing exceptions as needed.

**Qualifications:**  

– Bachelor’s degree with strong academic performance.  

– Minimum 3 years of work experience in HR.  

– Experience in the education sector is preferred.  

**Compensation and Benefits:**  

iTeach Schools offers a competitive salary range of INR 450,000 – 500,000 (CTC) along with benefits including PF, gratuity, medical insurance (up to 3 lakh PA), paid leaves, annual increments, and promotion opportunities.
