Role Context:
This role will be an integral part of the HR team, responsible to manage various stages in an employee life cycle, mainly as a HR Business partner and Employee Engagement lead. The individual should be innovative and self-driven with a positive attitude & a pleasing personality.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Plan and conduct the HR Orientation sessions, including regular update on the content
2. Responsible to execute the New Hire Training Program – ensure the learning modules are current, orient the near hires on the training methodology and ensure all new hires complete the training
3. Regular maintenance and upgradation of the HRMS tool (Zoho People)
4. Ensure all employee data is updated in HRIS tool on a real time basis, with Nil audit observations
5. Responsible for various HR dashboards including Monthly HR dashboard, attrition analysis, adhoc reports, etc.
6. Employee Engagement, Communication and Events
· Team Member connect
· Chart out the annual employee engagement calendar with innovative ideas
· Plan and execute Monthly Events calendar (Birthdays, Festivals, annual day, etc.)
· Regular connect with Team members and address / escalate concerns, including exit conversations
· Plan and execute regular Rewards and Recognition events
7. Performance Management
· Roll out the performance process including closure of various milestones related to Performance Management (Quarterly goals setting, half yearly reviews, etc.)
· Set up and execute performance process in the Zoho tool
8. Policy Formulation
Skills, Experience & Qualification:
· MBA or Post Graduation in HR
· 8 to 10 years of experience in HR Ops + HRBP role
· Innovative and self-driven. Should be a good learner and adaptable
· Good communication skills – Content and design; written & oral & Analytical skills
· Proficient in Word, Excel, Power-point
· Interpersonal skills. Ability to connect with people, good listener, motivator, advisor, etc. “People Person”
· High energy and enthusiastic personality
· Organized and methodical approach
