Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ensure human Resources planning, budgeting, talent Acquisition and developing efficient teams and reporting structures for the organization.
• Designing and implementation of Performance Management System (PMS) and Incentive Programs.
• Training & Development of staff through training needs assessment
• Designing, development and implementation of policies, processes and systems.
• Review and update the HR and Gender Policy from time to time for the approval of the Board
• Managing other HR basic functions like Payroll, Employee Life Cycle, Statutory Compliance and Administration etc.,
• Formulating annual budgets for various employee engagement / welfare activities and schemes.
• Ensuring statutory compliances as per the labour laws.
• Any other work assigned from time to time.
Eligibility Criteria
• Post-Graduate degree in Human Resource Management and related specializations
• Minimum five years of relevant work experience in the areas of Human Resources development
• Strong oral and written communications, negotiation skills in Telugu Hindi and English
• Ability to work independently to achieve performance objectives and deliverables
• Excellent skills in MS Office, HRMS & MIS
