**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Craft and lead HR strategy aligned with organizational priorities.
2. Drive end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, and management processes.

5. Enhance performance management frameworks.
6. Boost employee engagement and well-being.
7. Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.
8. Streamline HR operations and ensure legal compliance.
**Requirements:**
– Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
– Knowledge of MS Office and organizational tools (e.g., MS Teams, Outlook, OneDrive).
– Thrive in dynamic environments with extreme autonomy.
– Strong interest in working for an organization dedicated to educational transformation.
– Proficiency in English and Hindi.
