What you will do?
- Lead Impact Assessment studies
- Tool preparation – questionnaires & interview guides
- Report writing
- Work with cross functional teams including project teams for alignment of scope and updates
- Overall accountability of projects through active engagement
What you must have ?
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of Project Impact Assessments / Evaluation
- Masters in Social Work or equivalent from reputed institute
- Understanding of different thematic areas ( health, education, livelihood, etc)
- Good organizational and time-management skills
