**Key Responsibilities:**

– Provide 24×7 support to the Information Security Operations Center (ISOC).

– Review and prioritize security alerts, assigning them to respective teams.

– Conduct investigative actions, remediate incidents, and document response activities in a Case Management System.

– Develop and implement frameworks for security incident response.

– Assist in maintaining ISMS procedures compliant with global policies.

– Monitor open-source security research and support threat hunting initiatives.

– Analyze attacks on web infrastructure, identify malicious code, and perform forensic examinations.

– Liaise with teams including threat intelligence and software engineering.

– Deliver incident response tabletop exercises and data-driven reports.

**Qualifications:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

– Minimum 5 years of experience in information security, preferably in a SOC.

– Experience in investigations, log analysis, and forensic work.

– Familiarity with Agile methodologies and common hacking techniques.

– GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA) or GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) preferred.
