The Opportunity

We are now looking for an IT Manager who will help us manage all our IT infrastructure on cloud and own the information security policies/ procedures of the company. As an IT Manager, you will –

1.    Manage implementation, upgrades and maintenance of internal IT solutions such as SaaS ERP, Email in collaboration with vendors

2.    Manage IT infra specifically our deployments on AWS and AWS native tools in use

3.    Own vendor management, budgets, and billing activities for tools such as Telephony, SMS, AWS, Email and other IT infra components in use for business

4.    Help identify and implement email, file management solutions appropriate for a growing company

5.    Define and own the IT policies of the organization and ensure awareness & adherence across the company

6.      Own and drive Information security controls and testing on periodic basis to ensure adherence to compliance requirements

7.      Own all IT compliance related issues such as data privacy, storage, archival and appropriate access control to various internal solutions with an aim to help achieve industry standard compliance status

8.      Support in leadership in identifying right solutions to help drive continuous efficiency and productivity improvements across the company

9.      Manage technology vendors, recruitment agencies and support overall budgeting/ planning efforts for technology expenses

You should

3.      Have overall 8+ years’ experience in managing IT infrastructure and IT policies for a mid sized organization

4.      Hands on experience with AWS infrastructure

5.      Have experience in supporting and maintaining IT solutions such as ERP, HRMS, Project Management, and other internal systems including testing and maintenance of such systems on ongoing basis. Experience maintaining and managing Zoho products a must.

6.      Have held positions of responsibility handling company infrastructure/ tools such as Email, meetings tools, file/ storage management and other productivity/ collaboration tools.

7.      Experience managing IT vendors such as software solution providers, infrastructure providers (SMS, email, storage, cloud)

8.      Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO27001, CMM

9.      Have at least 2 year’s experience leading and managing small teams (5-6 members)

10.   Have experience and understanding of Agile methods especially Scrum, DevOps especially in a cloud-driven environment
