Experience – 1- 2 years.
Candidate with strong research skills on finding best IT solutions, working with various online tools & software. Handling apps, knowledge in general windows, assisting in installing complex hardware & network. Good verbal & written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Deployment and administration of EL’s Program Management and Donor engagement applications; managing any software and user issues.
- Support the roll-out of new EL applications, resolve technical issues in the applications, and ensure availability for the users/stakeholders 24×7
- Support the implementation and deployment of standard applications like Salesforce for CRM, Zoho for Finance/HR, etc.
- Managing the EL website – ensuring regular content and format updates are made as well as coordinating major redesign and upgrades as required
- Support the research, recommendation, and implementation of new software applications based on user requirements and the organization’s priority
- Support the management of the organization’s data, ensuring data integrity as well as the creation of reports and dashboards required by users.
- Manage the inventory and distribution of EL tablets/devices and support the users with any issues.
- Maintaining stocks and inventory of all Tech equipment and ensuring that they are in good working order.
- Set up and manage a formal help desk function for EL
Qualifications
BCA, BSC(Computer Science), BE(Computer Science) graduate.
