**Experience Required:**
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Dialysis Center with a strong understanding of dialysis procedures and skills.
**Job Description:**
The Hans Foundation is seeking a skilled and compassionate Junior Dialysis Technician to join their growing Hans Renal Care Centers (HRCC) team. HRCC is an innovative healthcare model aimed at reducing health disparities among vulnerable populations and individuals with chronic kidney disease.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Maintaining and cleaning dialysis machines and equipment.
* Sanitizing and cleaning the dialysis treatment area to ensure patient safety.
* Monitoring water treatment processes.
* Reprocessing dialyzers.
* Observing patients during treatment, monitoring for medical emergencies, and assisting with questions or concerns.
* Educating patients on dialysis procedures and care.
* Making necessary adjustments to treatment for safe application.
* Collaborating with nurses and doctors to administer the correct treatment for each patient.
* Explaining the dialysis process to patients and their families.
* Monitoring patient vascular access.
* Teaching patients about additional healthcare practices to improve dialysis outcomes.
* Preparing patients and administering local anesthesia when needed.
* Creating written reports on patient progress for doctors.
* Participating in quality improvement initiatives at the center.
* Providing efficient and compassionate patient care.
* Documenting pre-dialysis specifications, including patient weight, temperature, and other vital signs.
**Required Qualifications:**
* Degree/Diploma in Dialysis.
**Desired Skills and Qualifications:**
* Excellent communication and documentation skills in English and Hindi.
* Strong data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
* Willingness to travel extensively in remote areas.
