Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy/Occupational Therapy

Experience:

1 to 2 years experience preferred or fresher

Salary:

20K

Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of basic social, behavioral, biological and physical science as required the  program
  • Knowledge of therapy foundation and theory, evaluation and treatment techniques, research and application, leadership and management as required by the academic program.
  • Knowledge of current health care environment.
  • Annual completion of required departmental and/or service competency learning materials

Compensation: Our compensation package will comprise of a fixed salary of Rs. 20,000 per month with an additional amount of Rs.1700 for Travel & Communication expenses.

Job Role:

  • Works under the direct supervision of the Senior Rehabilitation Executive and perform the tasks associated with new identification of beneficiaries, Assessment & need analysis of beneficiaries.
    Enrollment and proper management of the project related/ beneficiary related mandatory reports/records and documents
  • Prepare and maintain the MIS and keep the MIS tracker UpToDate with updated information.
  • Refer beneficiaries Build the networking with local hospitals, government, inclusive schools, and NGOs
  • Establish the sub-centers, provide community-based rehabilitation services to beneficiaries
  • Connect the beneficiaries to local hospitals to get the medical & surgical interventions and available other services
  • Conduct awareness & sensitization and capacity build training programs for stakeholders
  • Connect with appropriate social security schemes to beneficiaries
  • Government interfaces to ensure the 5% funds for the rehab and connect to beneficiaries avail the other social security schemes
  • Connect with livelihood opportunities – Self-employment, Rural livelihood employment opportunities, and entrepreneurship models
  • Ensure the mobility aids & accessibility support for PwD’s
  • Create federations, connect with SHGs to build the ecosystem
  • Collaborate with a Multi-disciplinary specialist team to facilitate the service delivery
  • Coordination of operations with various rehabilitation executives and community workers
  • Execute the programs and establishes goals and objectives for the program, including defining quality standards and developing work plans for meeting program deliverables of the community workers
  • Manages the administration, monitoring, and evaluation of all program updates, and achievements including the preparation of guidelines, standards, and work plans to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
  • Manages the coordination of the project budget and recommends the allocation of project funds.
  • Manages and assures completion of program assessments, problem list arrival, Planning specific goals, Timely implementations, and periodical monitoring of the Rehabilitation executives
  • Conduct appropriate prevocational assessments and direct the beneficiaries to appropriate vocational training
  • Mentor the team to promote quality and excellence of care
