Job Location : Gurgaon / Haryana
Job Role and Responsibilities ::
Manage Operational Excellence:
Operations Management:
Ø Create standard operating procedures for program management to ensure all programs are delivered efficiently.
Ø Travel extensively across different project locations while based at the HO
Ø Ensure collaboration and synergies across various functions like HR, Finance, Strategic Operations to enable smooth actions.
Ø Provide progress updates to the Chairman / Head of Operations.
Financial Management of Projects:
Ø Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiating corrective actions.
Ø Ensure resources and budgets are managed efficiently across all the programs.
Ø Manage procurement processes in coordination with Project Managers and procurement team and coordinate for material and resources allocation.
Strategic Project Evaluation, Checks and Balances:
Ø Maintain strategic partnerships and relationships with donor /partner.
Ø Participate in identifying strategic priorities for the organization along with the management team.
Ø Create annual operational plan of each project in hand on the lines of EP’s strategic priorities
Ø Ensure program objectives and outcomes, theory of change, log framework, documentation, monitoring and evaluation, program assessment, capacity building of implementation partners are all a part of the standard operating procedure
Ø Define a robust monitoring and evaluation framework. Ensure outputs and outcomes are measured on a regular basis.
Team Development:
Ø Participate in team selection and on-boarding of project teams
Ø Set clear goals and expectations from team members
Ø Preparation of roles, responsibilities, KRAs / KPI’s of the projects staff .
Ø Regularly monitor progress of project teams
Ø Train and develop team members to achieve their goals and improve performance.
Ø Coach and mentor team members to build their capability and create successors for each level
Ø Ensure teams productivity.
Essential Qualifications
Ø Graduate in any discipline from a reputed institution
Ø Masters’ degree in Rural Development or Master in Social Work or any other related degree like agri , dairy etc .
Desired Experience:
Ø 5-10 years of relevant experience (in CSR, Development sector in program management/ project management/ grassroots level experience)
Ø 3 years of managerial/ leadership level experience.
