Marketing, communication, and awareness creation at our organisation requires a proactive and dynamic approach. The candidate should have in-depth subject matter knowledge, expertise, and experience. Timely and high-quality delivery of goals would be essential and will be a key performance measurement criterion. S/he will lead graphic creation and development, both creating original designs directly and managing agencies/consultants to produce creative content. S/he will conceptualise and create graphics and designs for social media, exhibitions, and conferences. S/he will work on videos, illustrations, collaterals, and IEC material. S/he will write content and manage events. S/he will be based out of Delhi NCR (Noida), India.

About You

  • You are skilled at developing a variety of concepts and appropriate visual styles.
  • You demonstrate an excellent eye for detail and experience in art direction, graphic design, video editing, and animation. You stay inline with current social, cultural, and media trends.
  • You are deeply curious about social impact communication.
  • You have a deep understanding of design thinking process and wireframing.
  • You can easily plan visual or multimedia concepts by studying information and materials and listening to requirements. Build 360 views of the concept and ideas on a campaign, collaborating closely with designers and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • You are an exceptional storyteller with excellent presentation skills.
  • You are process oriented and believe in documentation.
  • You can bring ideas to life visually and are comfortable with diverse social, digital, and multimedia platforms.
  • You are great at project management, writing content, and managing events.
  • You consider timelines sacrosanct and always deliver work within those without compromising on quality.

What You’ll Do

  • Conceptualise, create, layout and develop graphics, videos, and content.
  • Shape visual aspects of websites, social media creatives, reports, brochures, exhibitions, and events.
  • Bring innovation to design.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with designers, strategists, editors, copywriters, and other stakeholders, within and outside the organisation.
  • Establish visual style and user experiences that effectively communicate with target groups and fulfil communication objectives.
  • Develop concepts, IEC, and presentation materials.
  • Write great content and manage events.
  • Ensure appropriate use of logos and brand guidelines and maintain consistent look, feel, and messaging.
  • Manage major editorial projects,?including?annual reports, digital catalogs, brochures, and short-and long-form documentaries.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
  • A degree and/or diploma in graphic design and/or multimedia from a top institute.
  • Outstanding creative and design skills.
  • Proven experience in Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and working knowledge of After Effects, CorelDRAW and other similar tools.
  • Hands-on experience using a DSLR or mirrorless camera, as a photographer and some knowledge of videography.
  • Proven experience in layout and its standardisation.
  • Creative portfolio demonstrating scope of capabilities, with a focus on digital design/media and art direction.
  • Experience with both digital and traditional media.
  • Experience?creating visual and/or graphic design content.
  • Experience?with email marketing platforms and developing email and SMS campaigns.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word skills, proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, and experience using Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Impeccable attention to detail with strong project management, organisational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent content writing and event management skills.
  • Experience, and a commitment to, working respectfully with a diverse team; experience collaborating with outside consultants to move projects forward.
  • Demonstrated interest and understanding of the social sector and desire to learn how to articulate and share our organisation’s unique approach.
  • Highest standards of ethics and personal integrity, with a demonstrated capacity for discretion and for handling sensitive information with care.
  • High levels of organization with extraordinary follow-throughs and strong personal sense of accountability.
  • Comfort with working on various file formats, such as CDR, AI, PDF, GIF, EPS, and others.
  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time within India.
