POSITION: Lead – DEIB Practice
Location – Mumbai/Remote
Role Lead – DEIB Practice (Internal Designation – Project Manager/ Sr. Project Manager)
Basic Qualifications Graduate/Post-Graduate
Preferred Specialization: Human Resources/Psychology/OB/OD
Required Experience
3+ Years of Experience in DEI consulting, supported by 8 to 10 years in HR, facilitation, people and workplace culture consulting fields
Remuneration At par with market standards
Role and Responsibilities
• Leading the DEI evaluation and consulting process within the Workplace Inclusion Index™ framework.
• Support in integrating products / solutions rolled out from global office and generate NPD to support DEIB efforts in the India local market.
• Representing Great Place in external forums on DEIB and strengthening thought-leadership.
• Managing client relations and taking accountability for desired impact at client-end.
• Working with a team of external associates and internal employees to ensure all clients are catered to.
• Ensuring all client deliveries are done within expected timelines.
• Conducting client calls for project scoping, catch-ups, escalations, deliveries, feedbacks, etc.
• Conducting leadership sessions/presentations for clients.
• Conducting trainings, workshops, and seminars on DEI and related topics.
• Writing articles, whitepapers, etc on DEI and related topics.
• Mentoring and coaching the associates and team members.
Requirements
Required Competencies and Orientation
• Ability to conceptualise and sell DEIB solutions for clients.
• Relationship management with key stakeholders including CEOs, CXOs who are D&I sponsors in client location.
• Contextualize global DEIB solutions for the India market. Support implementation with new product development as required.
• Content creation and support in the publishing of research reports to establish thought-leadership.
• Explore potential partnerships and collaborations that strengthen DEIB presence in India.
• Ability to attract and retain diverse talent within the team. Build DEIB delivery capability within the team – associates, facilitators, and auditors.
• Business acumen to strengthen procedure-based delivery/ solutioning.
