Job Description

This is a remote position.

What is the role?

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to join us and help in building a top-notch product that enables giving at scale. You are going to be the CEO of the product and will be responsible for building and launching products in the domestic and international markets.

What will you do?

• Own the entire product development cycle
• Understand users, markets and find product opportunities, and ideate new products
• Come up with product requirements, business objectives, and prioritization
• Work closely with design, tech, business, and marketing teams to develop and successfully launch new products
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in building outstanding products
• A technical BE/B.Tech degree or equivalent from a top-tier institution, MBA is a plus
• A data-driven person who knows how to bring data to life
• You have a customer-first approach and you don’t make compromises when it comes to customer experience
• Excellent ability to communicate clearly and effectively with tech and business
