Role and Responsibilities
- Mindspark product and features, taking input of issues and their resolution thereof
- Prepare project progress report on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Maintaining records of Tasks, Issues, Bugs, and interactions.
- Appropriate and timely follow-ups wherever required
- Resolve high-quality technical issues with the IT team
- Escalate unresolved queries, issues, and bugs to the respective team for accurate resolution and implement it.
- Supervising the school/Center incharge/Volunteers/Block coordinator and getting regular updates on progress from the assigned schools.
- Provide required support to teachers and students through training and handholding
- Ensure project deliverables are met on time with high quality
- Conduct and facilitate schools visits for funder, government officials, and EI team members
- Travel for the Product Implementation, Training, and Support as and when required.
Skillset
Must have
- Good skills to provide training to small to medium groups.
- Excellent skills to work with different teams at a time like in the field, IT, Call-center, etc.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic skills of Data interpretation and data explanation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Hardware and Networking.
- Must have good communication skills in Telugu and English
- Readiness to upgrade own technical and interpersonal skills.
Education
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in a government department/NGO
- Understanding of assessments/education sector/public policy in India
