**Job Description: Learning & Development (L&D) Manager**

 

**Location:** Bengaluru  

**Experience Required:** 8-12 years

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Develop and execute L&D strategies aligned with program goals.

– Design learning interventions to enhance skills and performance of on-ground teams.

– Oversee content development and distribution for training materials.

– Manage physical/digital training infrastructure across locations.

– Promote continuous learning and professional development.

– Establish mechanisms to measure the impact of L&D initiatives and gather feedback.

 

**Qualifications:**

– 8+ years in product, strategy, consulting, or intrapreneurial roles with program management experience.

– Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

– Comfortable with at least 10 working days based out of Uttar Pradesh (UP) and willingness to travel in rural areas.

– Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.

– Passion for solving social problems at scale using technology.

– Ability to learn new technologies and apply them effectively.
