**Job Summary:**
The Raspberry Pi Foundation seeks a Learning Manager to create engaging and relevant learning experiences for young people, teachers, and volunteers in India. Reporting to the Senior Learning Manager, India, this role involves developing computing and coding curricula with clear learning outcomes, utilizing data and feedback to ensure content appropriateness and relevance across diverse backgrounds and abilities. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues and external partners, contributing to the Foundation’s teaching and learning strategy and representing the Foundation to external stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and deliver high-quality learning experiences, content, resources, and training for educational programs and products.
* Ensure learning materials align with evidence-based pedagogy and the Foundation’s teaching and learning approaches.
* Contribute to the development and refinement of the Foundation’s teaching and learning strategy.
* Actively engage with research and best practices to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
* Deliver training sessions (virtual, in-person, and blended) for facilitators and trainers.
* Collaborate effectively with internal colleagues and external partners.
* Build and manage relationships with external knowledge partners (e.g., translation and LMS partners).
* Adhere to the Foundation’s quality assurance systems, including inclusion and accessibility policies.
* Utilize user feedback and data to drive program improvement.
* Represent the Raspberry Pi Foundation to external audiences and stakeholders.
* Contribute to the Foundation’s thought leadership through writing, public speaking, and research.
**Experience and Qualifications:**
* Commitment to the Raspberry Pi Foundation’s mission and values.
* Degree or equivalent qualification in computer science or a related field.
* Excellent understanding of the Indian education ecosystem, particularly school-based and community-based education, and alignment with NEP 2020 guidelines. University-based education experience is beneficial.
* 5-8 years of experience in curriculum design and development, preferably in computing education.
* Experience working with state governments or contributing to large-scale curriculum design and implementation is highly advantageous.
* Strong communication skills, including excellent written English.
* Proven adaptability to diverse and resource-variable settings across India.
* Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges in varied educational contexts.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams and local stakeholders.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Willingness to travel for study tours, research, meetings, and training sessions.
**Salary:** 15-18 Lakhs per annum
**Basis:** Permanent full-time, part-time, or flexible options available. Eligibility to work in India is required.
