Key Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to tie up with various Agriculture Input manufacturers and output buyers in to the GFN platform.
• Developing Area-based crop-product harvesting and procurement plan.
• Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends & achieving market share.
• Managing Operations, work planning, budgeting, and financial management processes.
• Negotiate product, pricing, credit terms with various Agri input manufacturers and Output buyers (institutional Byers) and register them in GFN platform.
• Able to Forecast of Price of Agri Input and Output Market.
• Provide Strategic Inputs for the development & growth of the business.
• Driving sales strategies for attainment of periodical targets with a view to optimize revenue from primary as well as secondary sales.
• Conducting and organizing sales and purchase awareness activities and campaigns as a part of brand building and market development.
• Plan for product demos to customers.
• Meet revenue and volume/contribution/profitability measures.

Required qualification and core competencies:

• Should be a B.sc Agriculture
• MBA Preferable
• Experience in 4 years input and output marketing

Essential Skills and Abilities

• Excellent knowledge about Agriculture business.
• Team and people management skills.
• Responsible for demand, fulfilment (procurement) and sale generation of Agri Input and Output.
• Integration with other team members for sales and procurement.
• Coordination between Grameen mitras, FPO Buyers and Suppliers.
• Daily tracking and MIS circulation among his/her team.
• Very good negotiation skills.
