**Job Title:** Manager – Cement and Concrete Technology
**Location:** Head Office, New Delhi
**Reporting To:** Associate Programme Director
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct applied research in low carbon cements to deliver solutions for the construction industry.
– Establish a concrete laboratory, setting up SOPs and QC norms.
– Develop high-value and high-performance concrete mix designs.
– Test concretes for fresh and hardened properties, including laboratory and pilot production using supplementary materials.
– Coordinate with research labs and visit RMC/cement industries to provide customized solutions.
**Desired Qualifications:**
– Graduate/Postgraduate in Civil, Cement, Materials, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Concrete Technology.
– Minimum 4 years of experience in cement/concrete or related industries, including QC/QA, research, or plant operations.
**Desirable Attributes:**
– Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
– Strong understanding of technology-related businesses and computer skills.
– Ability to work independently, deliver performance, and manage multiple tasks.
