**Job Title:** Manager – Climate Action

**Experience Required:** Minimum of 6-8 years in project design, implementation, and management, particularly in environmental initiatives such as pollution control, energy management, sustainability, the circular economy, carbon credits, etc.
**Profile Requisites:**
– Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Management, or a relevant field.
– Demonstrable knowledge of project management tools including logical frameworks, stakeholder mapping, and monitoring & evaluation.
– Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; proficiency in Marathi is an advantage.
– Ability to work with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and citizens’ groups.
– Willingness to travel within India for program activities.
**Salary Range:** INR 11 LPA to 15 LPA
