We are looking for someone passionate about promoting a strong culture of volunteerism and civic responsibility among corporate employees. Handling volunteering interventions of our corporate partners. The individual is responsible to manage relationships & events execution with our corporate partners with the support of Team. Our ideal candidate is someone who manages multiple stakeholders, event operations, and a bunch of enthusiastic team members who can communicate effectively and has a passion for volunteering.
Primary Responsibilities include:
- Leading the operations and scaling up the Corporate volunteering (CV) events and projects.
- Direct and support both CV Implementation teams and National programme teams to achieve the organization’s Key results.
- Manage internal and external deliverables
- Support team in development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Catalogue, Monthly mailers, Concept notes, Programme flow and related documents.
- Managing key stakeholders from sectoral ministries, Forest department, etc.
- Presenting Bhumi CV’s portfolio to new and potential corporate partners.
- Design customized Monitoring and Evaluation processes and tools.
Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:
- Any graduate
- Holding a Master’s in Business Administration will be an advantage.
- For a Manager – overall 8-12 years with minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Volunteering and Donor management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Exposure and knowledge of project execution and management preferred. Good academic profile.
- Conversant with basic computer operations and social media – proficiency in MS Office.
- Excellent communication skills written and oral with command over languages like English & Hindi. Any other language is an added asset.
- Operations expert, proposal writing, Pre-sales team of service industry or corporate volunteering delivery experience is a MUST.
- Possess the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, volunteers, external partners and donors

Remuneration: Based on the candidate’s profile
