Job brief:
We are looking for a resource who can work on the continual strategy of Digitalisation for our organisation. The role requires Ideating, conceptualizing and executing innovative digital solutions as per the envisioned digitalisation strategy.
What does a Digitization Manager do?
The job will be to collaborate with various functions, understand the objectives and provide digital solutions to accomplish scale, impact, speed and quality.
Digitization Manager Duties:
- Digitizing the process by identifying gaps in the existing practices,
- She/He will be responsible for understanding the requirements from stakeholder needs, creating efficient solutions by leveraging modern technology and making life simpler for stakeholders.
- Developing detailed project plans and delivering every project on time within budget.

Qualifications and Experience:
1. Graduation, preferably in the field of computer science/ automation/ digital management/ digital transformation /analytics
2. Work experience in the space of ideating and implementing digital solutions to create impact
