## Job Description: Manager – Donor Relations

**Job Location:** Delhi, India

 

**Experience Required:** 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in fundraising and donor management.

 

**About the Role:**

 

We are seeking a passionate and experienced **Manager – Donor Relations** to join our dynamic team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting our in-house resource mobilization efforts, ensuring efficient coordination with various teams, and managing donor relationships. 

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

* Support the implementation of the Resource Mobilization Strategy.

* Contribute to proposal development, ensuring efficient coordination with internal teams.

* Manage donor engagement, outreach, and relationship management to foster donor retention.

* Develop and execute donor communication strategies, including the creation of fundraising collateral materials.

* Write content for mailers and manage other communication-related deliverables.

* Manage social media posts for donation and other campaigns as needed.

* Support the overall operations of the Resource Mobilization vertical and assist other teams as required.

 

**Skills, Competencies & Experience Required:**

 

* 5 to 9 years of relevant experience in fundraising and donor management.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to operationalize strategy and demonstrate strong management and organizational skills.

* Strong networking and presentation skills.

* Understanding of communication strategy and the ability to translate key messages into compelling content.

* Basic proficiency in using social media platforms like Instagram.
