Role Context: Engaging with Govt. skilling ecosystem to create impact by implementing 21st Century Employability Skilling program from WGO learning offerings. Large client acquisition and management of the programs, leading to the outcome set for (Enrollment, Certification, tracking Placement and career progression data).

Roles & Responsibilities:

Build and Engage (deployment) with Govt. skilling ecosystem to create impact among Job seeking youth
Implement organization’s Strategize & Plan to Skill and Up-skill youth to obtain Family sustainable Livelihood.
Large Client engagement – plan and promote WF offerings to attract and retain learners till completion.
Tracking and supporting learners through entire Employment-Retention-Progression (E-R-P) Journey.
Organize periodic reviews/interaction with partners to ensure high level learner’s engagement
Organize/Facilitate periodic masterclasses, webinars, workshops to attract and build a strong learner community
Work closely with other internal teams (Content, platform and marketing) to ensure proper program deployment and completion meeting organization goal set
Keeping full focus on achieving the E-R-P goal set for self and support team to achieve Team goal.
Developing active alumni network
Help Impact team to measure the post training impact
Creating training plans and frameworks for partners
Sending reports and conducting corrective reviews with the respective reporting bodies and Partners

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

A seasoned professional with at least 7-10 years of experience
Experience in Skilling ecosystem and working on Govt. Skilling projects, Skills Mission, VTPs is required
Experience in Employability/ Softskills domain and having complete understanding about govt. skilling eco-system is very important.
Background or exposure to Operations/marketing, Client development, new partnerships initiation and nurturing
Having Talent development/training experience will be considered as added value.
Experience in opening generation and placement will be considered as plus point
Should be conformable using LMS platforms and experience in using Virtual platform/Digital learning Platform to impart training
Strong program and project management to execute multi-location programs with Govt. and Pvt. Partners
Familiarity with technology and tools – especially tools like Zoom, Teams, Google Hangout etc
Excellent communication and interaction skills; ability to build and grow relationships
