Role and Responsibilities

Large Scale Education Program (LSEP) of Educational Initiatives works closely with Government and low-income school groups to measure the impact of interventions through assessments and to create assessment capacities. We are hiring for the position of a young, enthusiastic and motivated individual to support the work of the growth and partnership division with LSEP at EI for:

a.Identifying and reachingout to potential funding partners through cold calling, cold emailing,
conferences/events

b.Writing customized proposals for grant-making organizations/CSRs and managing the submission
and contracting processes

c. Studying requests for proposal (RFPs) and preparing customized proposals by gathering
information and data, drafting, obtaining feedback/approvals and editing, and ensuring timely
submission

Skillset

Must have

– Donor relationship management / business development and consultative sales

– Establish and grow partnerships, and effective planning skills to meet fundraising targets

– High quality written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills and networking skills, and ability to work on tight deadlines

Education

Graduate/Postgraduate in communications/marketing/literature/journalism or equivalent

Experience

3-5 years of experience in communications/marketing/PR with significant writing experience
