Job Brief: The job role involves
To assist the HR Head in the end-to-end HR functions, working closely with the HR Head & L&D manager. To support the management and staff in development and implementation of the people management process.
Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for all below mentioned aspects of staff’s employment life cycle
- Recruitment: To ensure right talent acquisition takes place smoothly to ensure business continuity and growth.
- Training/Learning and Development: To ensure people are well equipped to perform the tasks given and to support their overall personal and professional growth and development
- Employee Grievances: To ensure people’s issues are being heard and addressed in the right manner.
- Employee Engagements: To ensure staff are constantly motivated and are lively and active while working.
- Compensation and Benefits: To ensure staff’s remuneration in a timely fashion and to fix if any problem occur.
- Career Progression for Staff and Succession Planning for Management: To ensure staff’s career is being supported and to ensure management is able to identify its future leaders as replacements or in new capacities
- Compliance: Liaison with finance team and support them by acting as a facilitator for the below mentioned compliance activities.
- Statutory – To ensure that all the activities comply with the legal requirements stated by Indian Labour Law and other government bodies.
- Internal – To ensure that all the activities comply with the Policies and Guidelines framed by the organisation
- Values and Culture Auditing: To ensure values and culture of the organisation is not compromised at any situation. And it found so, corrective measures to be taken.
- Employee Separation: To ensure exit of employees when required are conducted in a smooth and professional manner.
Required qualification: Masters in HR from a reputed college/university.
Required experience: A minimum 2 years of experience working as an HR or in any HR related function in a social sector or in a private sector supporting D&I (with respect to inclusion of persons with disabilities). Should have experience personally and/or professionally interacting with persons with disabilities.
- Passionate to work in development sector and especially in the disability space.-
- Should be exhibit interest in includability (self/others).
- Should be open to new learnings to research and implement best practises for the organisation and its people.
- Should possess good problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Should possess good people relations for effective stakeholders’ management (both internal and external).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and writing skills
