Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
- Manage the recruitment and selection process;
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization;
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions;
- Nurture a positive working environment;
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program;
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics;
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and ensure compliance with statutory and internal policies.
Desired Qualifications, Experience and Competencies: - 3-5 years of experience in HR or administrative role preferably in the social development sector;
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory policies i.e. POSH, CSP etc;
- Strong communication skills;
- Results-focused with a strong sense of ownership and ethics;
- Enjoy flexibility in the role and is highly organised;
- Openness to listen, eager to learn and contribute beyond the confines of this role;
- Good knowledge of Google tools – sheets, slides, docs, forms, and other basic tech tools.
- Proposed compensation range:
The remuneration will be in the range of Rs. 6,00,000 to 8,00,000 annually.
