Role and Responsibilities:
- Oversee the efficient and effective day-to-day operation, track and follow up on project milestones and achieve programmatic goals in timely manner
- Engage all stakeholders in shaping shared goals, strategies for the programme to maximize impact & reach
- Build systems, processes, culture, and the team (employees and volunteers) to support the programme with a focus on continuous learning, improvement, and rapid growth
- Provide support to the volunteers to envision the goals for their centers/cities/projects and the required guidance to meet the same
- Lead, coach, nurture employees, volunteer coordinators/leaders into a high-performance team and promote a strong culture of volunteerism & org values.
Educational Qualification/Experience:
- Minimum two years’ experience in managing a team
- Teaching, volunteering experience is must
- Excellence in project management with the ability to coach staff, manage and develop high-performance teams, set and achieve strategic objectives, and manage a budget
- Any Graduate or Postgraduate preferred
Knowledge and skill sets required:
- Ability to drive outcome-oriented plans through the team’s collective effort
- Good influencing skills, people engagement, networking and listening skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Emotional maturity to empathise with the perspectives/needs of team members
- Good computer knowledge and MS Office skills
- Highly resourceful team-player who is self-driven
- Forward-looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
