**Job Summary:**
The Manager of Out/Co-source Internal Audit Services will facilitate, oversee, and coordinate the implementation of the Information Communication and Technology (ICT) audit strategy, assess ICT risks and controls, and manage the execution of ICT audit engagements across UNICEF’s global operations.
**Experience Required:**
* Minimum of eight (8) years of progressively responsible professional experience in internal/external auditing, ICT auditing, or managing ICT service development, rollout, and support.
* Relevant ICT experience in development financial institutions and/or the UN system is highly desirable.
**Education:**
* An advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in business administration, finance, economics, accounting, risk management, information technology, or a related field.
* Certification as a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP), or equivalent may be accepted in lieu of an advanced university degree.
**Required Skills and Knowledge:**
* Ability to navigate complex ICT landscapes and assess key ICT risks.
* Experience in developing and executing ICT audit strategies.
* Strong relationship management skills, particularly with vendors.
* Broad-based ICT audit technical skill sets.
* Knowledge of common ICT audit frameworks and methodologies.
* Proficiency in managing ICT audits and assessing ICT risks.
* Experience managing ICT audit consultants, vendors, and staff.
**Desirable Attributes:**
* IT project management experience.
* Familiarity with UNICEF/UN systems.
* Experience managing the development, rollout, and support of ICT services.
**Languages:**
* Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of another official UN language (Arabic, Chinese, French, Russian, or Spanish) or a local language is an asset.
