**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Lead the product development process for the acquisition module, including problem identification, solution design, and piloting.  

– Develop operational frameworks, define roles, establish KPIs, and manage budgets in collaboration with the operations team.  

– Use data analysis and user insights to enhance program effectiveness and improve field operations.  

– Streamline on-ground operations through strategic planning and alignment with key partners.

**Qualifications:**  

– 5-10 years of experience in product development, strategy, UX/UI design, or user research.  

– Proven ability to manage large teams and handle ambiguity while driving growth strategies.  

– Strong project management skills and a bias for action.  

– Fluency in Hindi and English.  

– Willingness to travel 50% of the time to rural areas.
