About Project Management Unit:

This is a position for a project management unit at Jaipur. The/Nudge is working with the Ministry of Rural Development, Govt of India, to help increase adoption of the graduation approach targeting the poorest of the poor through community institutions. In this effort, a project management unit is being set up at Rajeevika to help the National Rural Livelihood Mission design and implement a special project targeting the ultra-poor through graduation approach integrated into the community institutions of NRLM.

At The/Nudge you will:

• support Rajeevika in research and development of a strategy and program design to target the ultra poor through graduation approach built on top of community institutions enabled by the National Rural Livelihood Mission
• support Rajeevika in implementation of action research of the graduation approach through a special project based on the strategy and design developed in consultation with key stakeholders
  enable convergence of various state initiatives (social security, livelihood promotion, financial inclusion, social empowerment) and programs towards the end goal of graduating women and their households living in ultra poverty out of it
• own the implementation and outcomes of the special project
• support Rajeevika in setting up, implementing and managing the monitoring and evaluation processes
• support Rajeevika and the National Rural Livelihood Mission review progress of the special project periodically in order to iterate and scale
• support the mission on the use of data and technology to ensure continuous flow of data from the field

Apply if you have:

• a graduate and/or post-graduate degree
• 7-10 years of work experience.
• experience in designing and/or managing multi-stakeholder development sector programs.
• experience in programs designed around or with SHGs, Community Institutions and State Rural Livelihood Missions
• fluency in written and spoken Hindi and English
• excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• demonstrated ability and willingness to learn continuously, collaborate, and be open-minded
• demonstrated the ability to keep aside personal bias and do what is right for the community
  openness to staying and traveling in deep rural areas
