**Job Description:**

Dasra seeks a highly skilled and experienced Manager to lead its Research & Insights team. This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing teams and projects within a dynamic environment.  The successful candidate will be responsible for driving rigorous research, developing impactful content, managing stakeholder relationships, and facilitating collaborative events.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead research and analysis on social impact, philanthropy, and strategy.

* Develop and publish high-quality resources, thought leadership materials, and diverse content.

* Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 individuals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and GEDI principles.

* Manage multi-stakeholder projects, leveraging diverse perspectives to develop impactful tools and resources.

* Conceptualize and facilitate ecosystem events to drive insightful dialogue and action.

* Support proposal writing and fundraising efforts.

**Skills and Experience Required:**

* 12-15 years of work experience in an analytical field (e.g., management consulting, strategy, knowledge & advocacy).

* Postgraduate degree with an interdisciplinary focus; excellent academic record preferred.

* Proven experience leading teams of 10-15 individuals in delivering research and insights projects.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to frame complex concepts effectively for diverse audiences.

* Strong project management skills; ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and resolve conflicts.

* Proficiency in using spreadsheets and simple data analysis tools; ability to draw accurate insights from data.

* Excellent relationship management skills; ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

* Demonstrated active listening skills, humility, adaptability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

* Passion for the development sector and the communities served.

**Desirable Skills:**

* Demonstrated interest and/or experience in nonprofits, philanthropy, and/or public policy, ideally with grant-making organizations.
