Key Responsibilities:

Independent charge of marketing and sales of TARA Paper Recycling Machines:

  • Establishing ambitious, strategic marketing and sales plans
  • Active generation, expansion and servicing of client base
  • Techno-commercial negotiations and closing deals with prospective clients
  • Mobilizing sales efforts of all kinds to meet the targets

In collaboration with Management and other Units:

  • Proper negotiation of sales terms and invoicing to clients,
  • Timely delivery, installation and commissioning of machines to clients
  • Settlement and collection of receivables from clients
  • Accurate management and reporting of inventory, vendors and clients

Demonstrated Excellence in:

  • Team building and management skills
  • Capacity to lead, mentor and motivate sales team and supporting units
  • Ability to define and ensure KRA/KPIs are met personally and by team
  • Managing direct sales, channel partners, and online platforms
  • Writing, spreadsheet, Internet, MIS and analytical skills
  • Creative, resourceful and problem-solving abilities
  • Verbal and written reporting and communication skills
  • Strong and demonstrated commitment to action and results

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Graduate degree
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in selling to institutions (including schools, colleges, army, etc)
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Ethical, diligent and punctual
  • Total dedication to integrity and social responsibility
