Experience:

Minimum experience of 8 years

Skills & Competencies required:

  • Significant work experience (minimum 8 years) with reputed organizations in project management.
  • Candidate must have experience of managing large rural development projects.
  • Significant experience is needed in the areas of natural resources management, sustainable agriculture, livestock, and community institutions.
  • Experience of coordinating multiple processes, teams, projects, donors, and events.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and project tools. Excellent grip over MS Excel, numbers analysis and ability to work fast is desirable.
  • Excellent written and spoken communications skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to project areas in multiple states.  

Job Profile:

  • Creating in-depth understanding of deliverables in each of the key strategic projects of the organization.
  • Ensuring that all milestones of the allocated projects are achieved in time bound manner.
  • Keeping track of physical and financial deliverables of key strategic projects.
  • Ensuring that all reports including MIS reports reach donors on time.
  • Ensuring that project reports and MIS are of high quality.
  • Coordinating creation of good quality communications materials for the allocated projects.
  • Coordination with field teams and thematic leads in the organization to ensure that projects are implemented in a time bound manner.  
  • Coordination with HR, accounts, procurement, M&E and communications departments so that smooth implementation of projects can be ensured.
  • Coordinating field visits for donors whenever required.
