At The/Nudge you will:

  • Develop a unified outcomes framework (annual & quarterly) for all donors aligned to the commitments and goals
  • Periodically review progress against stated outcomes, launch and lead initiatives to resolve challenges of strategic clarity, collaborations, resource needs, alignment and others that emerge to ensure that  100% compliance and a high degree of donor delight can be ensured
  • Build robustness by developing and maintaining project management frameworks, trackers, review cadences
  • Align Product, Operations, Partnerships, Fundraising, People & Culture, Tech and Impact hubs and other relevant functions on these outcomes such that each team works towards the same northstar
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the fundraising team with other internal teams (central strategy team, center heads, program teams, and enabling functions)
  • Prepare teams for high quality internal reviews against quarterly and annual goals
  • Work with partner (donor) managers, program and the finance teams to consistently achieve high NPS on program delivery and donor engagement
  • Ensure donor budgets for all centers and programs at The/Nudge Institute
  • Track timely and appropriate allocation and utilization of donor budgets

  • 7-10 years of experience preferably in strategy & ops , program management, consulting
