Job Opportunity for Manager – Talent Acquisition at Bhumi in Chennai

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing talented professionals for Bhumi. He/she would ensure recruitment of suitable, culturally aligned professionals to team in a timely manner.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Manage recruitment process of employees end to end including Application Tracking System in coordination with functional managers and report regularly
  • Recruit and manage Interns to enhance the support and productivity of internal teams
  • Connect, engage and build relationships with various Universities and Colleges for placements, establish Bhumi as preferred campus hiring partner
  • Establish recruiting, skill assessments, and interviewing process
  • Benchmark compensation & benefits data of similar organization by participating in compensation & benefits surveys and recruitment processes
  • Collaborate and work with the Marketing and Communications team to establish Brand Bhumi as a preferred place to work

Secondary/Supporting responsibilities include:

  • Support the HR Manager to facilitate and coordinate the Onboarding of all employees
  • Support HR Manager in other HR functions



  • Education Qualification: Any degree may apply, PG in HR (desirable)
  • Work experience: Minimum 3 years experience in a Recruitment role
  • Experience in non-IT recruitment – mandatory
  • Experience in multi-skill recruitment at a consultancy – desirable
  • Experience in hiring on the LinkedIn platform will be added advantage 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
  • Reasonable computer skills – MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint – Essential
  • Must be good at multi-skill and multi-cultural hiring
  • Must have strong probing skills
  • Must be outcome oriented and possess Go-Getter attitude
  • Strong networking and collaboration skills required
  • Willingness to travel locally and nationally

Scope: Permanent, Full-time
