**Job Location:** Farm House, Wada, Palghar

**Job Summary:**

The Manager – Training Facilities & Program will oversee the day-to-day operations of a demonstration farm and learning development center (LDC), ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.  This role requires strong leadership, administrative, and financial management skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders.  The successful candidate will also be involved in supporting training programs and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Facility Management:** Oversee daily operations of the demo farm and LDC, including record-keeping, inventory management, infrastructure maintenance, and resource allocation. Manage budgets and track expenses to ensure financial accountability.

* **Leadership & Administration:** Provide strong leadership, ensuring staff adherence to policies and procedures. Maintain effective communication, fostering a culture of discipline and accountability.  Resolve operational issues and maintain a well-organized environment.

* **Skill Development Coordination:** Collaborate with trainers and trainees to ensure smooth program execution.  Manage lodging, boarding, and hospitality for visitors and trainees. Participate in hands-on training to integrate farming knowledge into administration. Support farming activities as needed.

**Qualifications:**

* **Education:** Graduate/Post Graduate degree.

* **Experience:** 5 years of relevant experience.

* **Skills:** Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask; proactive and solution-oriented mindset; willingness to reside at the farm house.
