Pratham Education Foundation (“Pratham”) is a leading non-governmental organization in India dedicated to improving the quality of education and ensuring every child learns well. **About the Team**

The Measurement, Monitoring and Evaluation Team (MME) plays a pivotal role in ensuring data-driven decision making across Pratham’s programs. Established in 2013, the team has consistently provided insightful data analysis to guide program strategy, content development, and implementation. The MME team works closely with a network of state associates to ensure robust and timely data collection and processing in the field. 

The team fosters a data-driven culture within Pratham and its partners, aiming to extend its expertise to other non-profits, social enterprises, government data teams, and CSR functions. The team is comprised of dynamic and diverse professionals committed to creating lasting impact through data analysis.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our MME team, who are passionate about data and eager to make a difference. You will have the opportunity to:

* Gain a deep understanding of field realities and data requirements.

* Develop and implement measurement and monitoring frameworks.

* Design and deploy data collection systems.

* Analyze and visualize data to inform critical decisions at all levels.

* Contribute to program strategy and ensure efficient implementation.

**Educational Qualifications**

* Undergraduate degree or higher in any field (Engineers, Social Sciences, Math, Stats preferred).

**Skills and Experience**

* Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably in a data and analytics centric role.

* Proven ability to analyze complex information, extract meaningful insights, and communicate findings effectively.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

* Basic knowledge of Tableau, SQL, and R is preferred.

* Willingness to travel to various locations for fieldwork, collaboration, and MME initiatives.

**Job Locations:**

* **Delhi (2 positions):** Based in Pratham’s Delhi office.

* **Maharashtra (1 position):** Based in Thane, Mumbai, or Pune.
