**Job Description: Medical Officer (ENT)**
**Location:** Beh-Chuhar (Hoshiarpur-Punjab)

THF focuses on health and wellbeing, education, and livelihood development, particularly for children, persons with disabilities, and women. The foundation operates in remote and underserved areas, including aspirational districts and urban slums, aiming to enhance the quality of life for over 35 million beneficiaries through its programs.
**Experience Required:**
– Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in public health programs.
– Strong team management skills.
– Registration with the National Medical Council.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Conduct medical check-ups and manage patient care at Beh-Chuhar Clinic.
2. Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team for patient care.
3. Perform diagnostic procedures, treat ENT conditions, and provide specialty care.
4. Maintain clinic equipment, inventory of medicines, and daily OPD records.
5. Analyze medical data, present findings to management, and develop action plans.
**Reporting To:** Project Manager/Project Coordinator/Senior Project Coordinator/Programme Manager
**Other Requirements:**
– Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
– Willingness to work in a remote and underserved community.
