**About the Role:**

As the **Microentrepreneur Program Lead**, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of a transformative initiative aimed at empowering microentrepreneurs in India. You will have complete ownership of the program, leading its strategic direction, implementation, and growth.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Microentrepreneur Program, aligning it with Wadhwani Foundation’s overall mission and goals.

* Lead the program’s design, development, and delivery, ensuring high-quality training, mentorship, and support services for microentrepreneurs.

* Build and manage a strong team of program staff, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

* Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and private sector organizations.

* Monitor and evaluate the program’s impact, collecting data, analyzing results, and making necessary adjustments to optimize performance.

* Secure funding for the program, developing compelling proposals and managing donor relationships.

* Represent Wadhwani Foundation at relevant conferences, events, and meetings, advocating for the program and its impact.

**Qualifications:**

* Master’s degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.

* Minimum 5 years of experience in microfinance, entrepreneurship development, or a related field.

* Proven track record of successfully designing, implementing, and managing programs for microentrepreneurs.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
