JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for data entry and maintenance of direct fund raising related data. Update and maintenance of data in the software utilized by CARE from time to time. Ensure updated information in MIS for building donor intelligence to support fundraising and relationship building with donors. Administrative support to fundraising team and maintain donor relations to ensure higher efficiency in raising funds.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound phone calls daily while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Keep a track on fundraising material and share regular stock update with supervisor manager
  • Submit all invoice/bills/petty cash originals to respective units for payment processing, post approval from line manager/unit head
  • Courier fundraising materials to cities as per requirement from fundraising units
  • Validate donation entry when needed.
  • Donation confirmation online/offline to respective cities as per request.
  • Create and generate daily donation report timely 
  • Complete data entry within the defined timelines
  • Develop MIS process improvement to increase efficiency.
  • Identify incomplete donor information, wrong donor data captured and inform the same to respective fundraising city head and get the correct data to capture the same in donor records.
  • Identify wrong entries and errors in software help with necessary modification.
  • Income reconciliation account wise as per books on weekly/monthly basis.
  • Provide support for system functional, operational and technical issues
  • Courier 80G receipt to respective cities and donors as per request/requirement
  • Identify data for city head to acquire new donors and follow up regarding conversion.
  • Create own potential donor list and make the conversion to achieve monthly unit target
  • Keep information confidential and shouldn’t share details about data with others, unless it is necessary.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

Direct line reporting to Assistant Manager – Donor Service

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

Essential – 

  • Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office
  • Working knowledge of CRM platforms.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

Preferred- 

  • Graduate/Undergraduate/Higher Secondary
  • A minimum 3-4 years’ experience in relevant field.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Communication skills:   Able to articulate and communicate well to all stakeholders (both verbally and in writing) in a manner that meets the different needs of different audiences.
  • Language skills:   Good command over English, Hindi language(Verbally).
  • Research skills:  Identify potential prospects from untapped locations, corporates & individuals for future fundraising opportunity
  • Team Management & Collaboration / People skills- Capable to coordinate with fundraising cities & other department and provide support
  • Strategic Thinking and Analysis:  Proficient in computer programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Skilled in analysis and presentation.
  • Change Management:  Good time-management and ability to work to tight deadlines. Willingness to work odd hours (if necessary).
  • Operational excellence (Project / Program / Process management):  System driven in approach to management. Meticulous with an eye for details.
