Job Description

The MIS- Project Assistant will be responsible for collating the CRCs & field level data, ensuring adherence to quality standards as per SCBRB norms. Besides, receiving & collating of Monthly, quarterly reports, s/he will be responsible for sharing analysis report, feedback of reporting mechanism and look after BRISK (Save the Children India’s in-house Management Information System) to get the data gathered, consolidated and analysed.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and keeping Data from MAC locations and mapping the same as per the requirement, coordinating with different teams for the data and checking its accuracy
  • Maintain Daily, Weekly & Monthly MIS Reports
  • Preparing presentations, Graphs and analytical reports.
  • Should be a TEAM PLAYER and flexible enough for multitasking
  • Work in close co-ordination with Project Coordinator to maintain the data and reports of project.
  • Make regular visits to MAC; provide academic support to children’s enrolled.
  • Preparing monthly reports and documenting case studies and best practices of your respective MACs.
  • Further, assist with any additional activities relevant to the project Mainstream the evidence-based program/ project management/ activities at the field level and ensure the guidance notes for learning and evidence are functional at the field level
  • Map and detail the navigation, selection, application, and adaption of guidelines, tools, and templates at the relevant stages of the project cycle

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

  • Master or Graduate in social work or in any Teaching discipline from a recognized university or college is essential. Weightage will be given to candidates with experience in data analysis.

Experience

  • Candidate having at least 1-2 years’ experience of working with NGO/School/Community/Govt & in the sector of working with children & youth at the grass root level can apply for the post. Should be proficient in Data analysis.
