**Job Location:** New Delhi, India

 

**Experience Required:** 10-12 years of overall experience, with at least 5-6 years in healthcare program management within a non-profit or NGO setting.

 

**Summary of Role:**

 

The National Manager of Health Programs will lead the expansion of healthcare initiatives, delivering primary healthcare services via approximately 100 mobile medical units to low-income adults and children.  This role requires managing operations, a team of experienced leads, and ensuring program implementation and expansion.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

* **Program Management:** Oversee project implementation, MIS implementation, program design and reporting, SOP implementation, KPI tracking, report submission to internal and external stakeholders, inventory management, project monitoring and audits (including travel across India), and vehicle maintenance and logistics audits.

* **Financial Management:** Consolidate and monitor annual budgets, manage fund utilization, ensure alignment of resources with deliverables, facilitate timely bill submission and reimbursements, and conduct monthly reconciliations.

* **Stakeholder Engagement:** Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, collaborate with other organizations, secure donor renewals, and support donor nurturing activities.

* **Team Management:** Lead, mentor, and motivate a dispersed team, monitor performance, provide training and development, manage staffing and deployments, and ensure adherence to HR policies.

 

 

**Qualifications:**

 

* Master’s Degree in Public Health, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery.

 

 

**Competencies:**

 

* Excellent communication, decision-making, quality focus, conflict management, planning & organizing, analytical problem-solving, and delegation skills.
