Basic Functions/ Job Responsibility:

•    Partner Account manager will be responsible to Identify, Evaluate, Onboard, Integrate, Service and scale the FutureSkills Partner relationships with Edtech companies and Academic institutes. The partnership are expected to offer high quality skilling programs and training opportunities in emerging technologies in India to a broad spectrum of learners. The key expectation of this role include but is not limited to the following :

Account Management & Relationship building

•    Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major training providers/ academic institutes 

•    Acquire a thorough understanding of partner’s needs and requirements and ensure alignment with NASSCOM FutureSkills 

•    Expand the relationships with existing partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives 

•    End-to-end account management, working across the board with different teams for partner success

•    Ability to drive commercial negotiations and value proposition discussions 

•    Account Mapping, Account Planning, Stakeholder Mapping, Stakeholder Management,  proposal/MoU creation, managing contracts/legal/procurement/and other administrative needs, creating an engagement roadmap, project management

Business Development & Partner Outreach

•    Build new partnerships to build a diverse  catalogue of courses offered on FutureSkills catering to various audience groups

•    Create value propositions for various kind of partners – Edtech, Marketplace partners, Academic institutes etc 

•    Coordinate with the operations and market development teams to create a Go to market strategy for the partner specific courses

Project Management

•    Hand hold the new partners for a smooth onboarding and integration experience

•    Collaborate across various internal teams including Promotion and advocacy, Go-to-market, Portfolio, Assessment and Certification, Analytics and Governance team of FutureSkills and serve as the link of communication between partners and internal teams 

•    Resolve any issues and problems faced by the stakeholders in the partnership or the learners taking up the offerings of said partnerships

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience:

•    Bachelor’s degree. BE/BTech graduates preferred 

•    8-10  years Account Management/Client Representative/Sales or Delivery Management experience, preferably in Edtech  

•    Exposure to academic programs or skilling programs will help

•    Ability to manage senior stakeholders
