Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationships

  • Build awareness and understanding of ERM products and services in the relevant practice area(s);
  • Trouble shoot project related problems or queries as appropriate to ensure timely and swift resolutions;
  • Respond to project team or client queries in an accurate, effective and timely manner

2. Project Management

  • To manage multiple EHS projects for Manufacturing, Technology and Construction sectors.
  • Working with client and project management team to provide EHS advisory services;
  • Project management as per ERM requirements;
  • Demonstrates good understanding of EHS Regulatory requirements, ESG and Circularity related aspects;
  • Ensuring all project KPI are met 

3. People Leadership and Development

  • Communicate clearly with peers, colleagues, clients, sub-contractors, as applicable, to ensure understanding and alignment around project work;
  • Build successful and effective working relationships with immediate colleagues and within the practice area/business unit to ensure delivery of project tasks and to strengthen knowledge/resource base
  • Participate in own  career development, including contributing to appraisals, development plans, and balanced score cards;
  • Follow safe working practices, including contributing to ERM Health and Safety protocols;
  • Providing leadership to achieve health and safety excellence, including developing ERM and Subcontractor understanding of ERM’ s commitment to safe working and the importance of adherence to ERM’s and Client‘s safety management requirements
  • Leading the project team and building its reputation within ERM in terms of project management expertise and delivering exceptional performance;;
  • Provide technical/ subject matter insight and review to ensure that the quality of project deliverables represent ERM required standards and are in line with client needs;
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills, excellent writing and presentation skills, and a mastery of impactful client communication 

4. Business Development

  • Proposal Development and ability to do cost estimation;
  • Generating lead and follow up for new business opportunities;
  • Carry out appropriate business administration/coordination tasks to support the ERM business model, including but not limited to the accurate completion of timesheets and reports; compilation, filing and archiving of project documentation; and updating of relevant internal systems  (e.g. GMS /Work Day/Sales Force);
  • Follow up on commitments made in a timely, accurate and complete basis
  • Support in achieving sales target by supporting Account Management team and Country;
  • Undertake any other market outreach tasks that may be required from time to time

Requirement:

1. Education Qualification:

  • Postgraduate in Environmental Science/Environment Management/Environmental Engineering/EHS; OR
  • MBA with Graduation in Environment or EHS
  • Lead Auditor of IS0 14001/45000

2. Experience:

  • 10-15 years of work experience in EHS or Sustainability.
  • Experience of working with Big 4 or other sustainability consulting firm;
  • Experience of managing and delivering EHS Management Systems or Audit work;
  • Experience in delivering / conducting EHS training/workshop
