We are looking for a target-oriented Product Manager

As a Product Manager at The Better India, you will

1. Complete ownership of all digital properties (website of all languages, mobile apps and other tools)

     a. Growth of traffic

     b. Growth of engagement 

     c. Ensuring zero down-time

2. Implementation, growing and tracking programmatic and display sales on all websites 

3. Complete ownership of newsletter subscriptions

4. Drive SEO-led growth

5. Support for online events – setting up entire workflow with tools 

6. Ownership of data analytics – creating product changes based on data 

7. Product-led growth features and tools 8. Launching new tools that can help the editorial teams to work more efficiently 

Our ideal colleague will be someone who:

1. Has a good understanding of the content and publishing sector

2. Is an avid consumer of content across platforms and has an opinion on the future of media

3. Has a good technical understanding of CMS, SEO, DIY tools 

4. Is a proponent of no-code and is able to build MVPs and tools 

5. Has a good understanding of design and UI/UX 

6. Understands data analytics and has a demonstrated history of using data to drive product changes A background in coding would be a plus, though not necessary.

Target KPIs will be:

1. MoM growth in traffic to site, especially organic traffic 

2. MoM growth in mobile app downloads 

3. MoM growth in email subscriptions 

4. MoM growth in programmatic ad revenues 

5. Identifying newer streams of online revenue
