As a Product Marketing Associate, you will be understanding the customer in-depth and building up marketing channels to communicate with laser focussed on Customer-Success.

Responsibilities

• Building up strategy and executing the same to engage with the users on the web and mobile app.
• Writing down the communication and copy for the web and mobile platform.
• Segmenting the customers and launching the onboarding and enagaging initiatives.
• Initiate focus group discussions to understand customer pains and drivers.
• Working closely with product and engineering teams to align the products with the customer’s needs.
• Analyzing user behavior through product analytics tools in order to improve the user experience.
• Working on internal and external user engagement tools.

Skills

• Have worked in a product company
• You have experience of 2-3 years working with product analytics and engagement tools.
• You have executed the User Interviews or FGDs.
• You are proficient in writing engaging notifications.
